Health can be defined as physical , mental and social well being , and as a resource for living a full life . It refers not only to the absense of disease , but the ability to recover and bounce back from illness and other problems. Health is what makes our body cells fighters to cure the diseases from our body.
As per the Ideal thinking , we generally asume Health on few factors like
- not drinking alcohol
- no smoking
- cover your face with air mask
- stay away from bad things and so on.
But , actually in the broad light , this is not the real meaning of health .Health should be the fitness of our physique and the mind .
Why Health has become a common topic these days ?
According to the WHO reports , the health conditions of the more than 70% population is not in a good state . The human settlements are on the worse hit by the diseases . Only the few areas in the world , which are maintaining their health standards according to provided by WHO has successfully been able to cure different diseases upto a Great extent.
Health in these days is on the boom because everyday new type of diseases are on the rise and affecting the environment day by day . With this , the increase in Global Warming well contributed in deterioting Health .
Countries are stuck between Health and Wealth , which to prevent first , as Health is also very necessary but on the same time , we can't comprises with our Economy.The Areas which are meant to be most beautiful and had a large tourist attraction have degraded a sudden . One of the example is India itself , several destinations in India faced Natural calamities like Floods , Deforestation , Loss of Habitat and so on.

Good health means a habit of daily routine jobs for maintaining the health standars.You can keep your health upto the required health measures by practicing some routine works in the early morning and some works during the day.

Works to be done by Morning -
"Early morning is the best time to develop youself"
4 AM - Run atleast 1km in an open area nearby trees. Stop and start 5-10 min. morning exercises. It will improve your heart rate and metabolism power and with that improves your blood flow.
6 AM - Eat a Short Breakfast like Bread Jam, Bread Butter or any fruits like Apples , Pineapples .It will refreshen your body and provides you energy to develop your cells and improves Nerve Impulses to works Brain more better.
7 AM - Have Sprouts and Raisins(Kismis) and Soyabean and these are the great source of protein ,which strength your body muscles.
7.30 AM - Drink a glassful of Milk (creamy) , and finish your work.
SPecial tips to be carry on during the day -
- Stay away from Junk food (Pizza,Burger etc.)
- Make your Sunday free i.e only Walking. (see point 3)
- If you can manage Gym exercises at home ( then apply point 2 )
- Don't be Lazy for your Health
