STRUCK IN THE IDENTITY CRISES
The current scenario regarding the Citizenship (Amendment) Act ,2019 is getting worsen with the forthcoming days . But, how we see it , can be a way different what it meant to be !
The point is Does it is against anyone's citizenship ??
Questions arises - Have you read the details of the Act ? or a part of the Mob and joining the protest ?
But , we are always ready to break the Govt./Public Property in any of cases like Rape cases ( recently on highlights ), State related cases , community related cases , politics and now CAA and so on.... Is it legal ? and we are providing the guidelines to the lawmakers.
Calling ourself the democracy is not sufficient , we have to be in a democratic state , whether it is politically supportive or not?
But who made them understand all this ??
It is nothing but a Political turmoil , In the wake of the recent instances of the protests going on in the country , their direction is yet not specified , that is the direction of protest changed to more Student specific or Young Generation Influence , as believed Youngsters are always ready for protests . The protests in colleges are often seen in demand .
This is not the argument , it is a suggestion , because this is the time to maintain Unity within the nation and its people . We have to support such a historic decision , as supported earlier decisions .
About Constitutionality of the Act , the Act is made for outsiders , not affecting any Indian citizen , whether Hindu , Muslims or any other religion .

What about Citizenship ??
It is one way process as provided in the Act ..
All the provisions are made for the people who are going to enter in India , which are deprived and marginalized. Not for any Religious discrimination.
The point to be correct here , Muslims have their right secured and provisions mentioned in the Islamic countries in which they are living .
Before becoming a Secular nation , we are a HINDU nation as provided by our glorious past history .
There is nothing wrong in supporting other religions other than Muslims .
One Special thing , all those who are moving and protesting without knowing the real provisions , but becoming a part of some of the political theory , has to suffer !
Way forward
All the citizens of India must welcome the decision , and provide time to govt. to develop the arrangements for the New Citizens as per Citizenship Amendment Act,2019
